Demand Analysis

Colleagues from the new project team evaluated and discussed the components from different perspectives based on the 2D&3D drawings provided by the customer, and consolidated the doubts and issues for further coordination between sales colleagues and the customer

Drawing Optimization

Engineering and technical personnel optimize the drawings or samples provided by the customer into drawings that our factory can directly produce and use, including component welding drawings, component assembly drawings, forming drawings, and unfolding drawings

Material Procurement

Prepare all necessary raw materials for components based on the technical list, including boards, pipes, hardware, and packaging materials

Sample Processing

Produce the first prototype through a complete set of processes, mainly involving laser cutting processing, CNC stamping processing, CNC bending processing, fitter processing, stamping forming processing, welding assembly processing, polishing processing, and surface treatment processing (some may involve machining centers, heat treatment, etc.)

Quality Inspection

Colleagues from the quality department conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the sample condition based on customer drawing requirements and produce inspection reports based on actual conditions. Evaluation includes component performance, appearance, individual part size, and packaging method

Transportation

After providing the inspection report to the customer, arrange shipment and transport the samples to the customer for confirmation, and prepare relevant customs clearance procedures

Feedback Collection

Based on customer feedback and corrections regarding samples, modify production drawings, issue formal batch production drawings, and create production inspection operation manuals

Bulk Production

Create a production schedule, produce in batches according to the schedule, strictly follow the production inspection operation instructions, and deliver on time with quality and quantity guaranteed
